Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bronceada LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Bronceada LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Customs delays (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bronceada LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reachbronceada@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We ship within the United States only.
