Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Returns may be made in one of two ways:

  • In-store at Bronceada — Upper Level, Lakeline Mall, 11200 Lakeline Mall Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613
  • Shipped back to us within the 14-day return window

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags still attached
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Free of stains, odors (including perfume), pet hair, and damage

Any item that does not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories, including hats and jewelry
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at reachbronceada@yahoo.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once we confirm your return meets our eligibility requirements, we will send you return instructions. For in-store returns, no email is required — just bring your item and proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Store Credit

All refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not refund to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item following the return process above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reachbronceada@yahoo.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
